Text and the Body - With Alice Barclay
Saturday 9th November 2024 from 10.30-4.30
About the Workshop:
Join Alice Barclay - veteran actor, director, theatre-maker and tutor - to spend a day playing with a range of contemporary texts, exploring how our bodies & our relationship with space can be a way into them. We’ll spend time connecting physicality with the voice, breath & imagination, & we’ll use it as an access point for characters & the stories they inhabit.
When not rehearsing, performing or filming elsewhere, Alice is one of our core staff at The Actors’ Workshop Bristol. Her classes are always inspirational!
